What you can book
Parties, company events or celebrations, every kind of occasion
We have hosted parties on the beach since 2011. These days you can book for anything: parties and birthdays, graduation celebrations, anniversaries, company events, kick-off days and weddings. You book the premises, and we can arrange food from Waikiki, a bar, a grill or watersports as an activity.
Room for a seated party or a standing reception, from small groups to large celebrations.
Three packages
Choose your level of exclusivity
All prices include VAT. Food and drink are quoted separately after your booking enquiry. Staffing and cleaning are included. Other extras such as flowers, linen, music and decoration are added on.
Table booking
An ordinary table booking with no exclusive area. Perfect for smaller parties or when you want to keep it simple.

Your own bar, your own sound system and the entire outdoor area. In case of rain: a marquee over a larger part of the area (quoted separately) or indoor seating (around 35).

How to book
Terms and payment
- Food and drink. Each hire option has a minimum order of food and drink. The exact menu and drinks are quoted separately after your booking enquiry and invoiced after the event.
- Confirmed date. The booking is confirmed once the deposit is paid, 25 per cent of the venue hire.
- Cancellation. Free rebooking or cancellation up to four weeks before. After that the deposit is non-refundable. Later than one week before, the full venue hire is charged.
- Season. High season is 20 June to 10 August, when a higher venue hire applies (the terrace 15,000 kr, all of Waikiki 50,000 kr). Before 20 June and after 10 August it is considerably cheaper to hire.
- Finish time. Events and service run until midnight.
- Weather plan. In case of rain we offer indoor seating (around 35) or marquee hire, from 5,000 kr for the terrace (around 60 guests) and a separate quote for larger marquee solutions over the area (up to 120 guests).
- VAT. All prices include VAT.
Make it yours
Options and add-ons
- Drinks packages and bar. A welcome drink, a wine package or an open bar, chosen to suit your wishes.
- Menu. Two or three courses, buffet or grill. We adapt to your party and budget.
- Flowers, linen and tablecloths. Added on. We order them at cost or you arrange them yourselves.
- Microphone and a small speaker. Available to hire from us.
- Dancing and DJ. If you would like dancing and a DJ, you book it yourselves, along with all the equipment.
- Styling and decoration. Arranged by you.
Weekdays as well as May and September have the most available dates.

The Sea Battle on the water or the Sand Games on the beach, two contests for groups from 12 people. Great to combine with a party or dinner in the evening.
