Booking, cancellation and practical matters

Bookings in general

Summer is short, so we operate on a first-come, first-served basis for activities and venue hire. Please let us know in good time if you need to cancel, so that someone else can take your place.

SUP and yoga

An administrative fee of 100 kr per participant applies for cancellation or rebooking. For cancellation less than 24 hours before the course starts, the full course fee is charged.

Waikiki, table bookings

A table booking can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the booked time. For later cancellation, a fee of 200 kr per person may apply. We will contact you if the table needs to be moved, and we always try to find a solution that works.

Venue hire and events

A binding booking is made once the deposit (10 per cent of the quoted amount, at least 2,000 kr) has been paid. For cancellation more than 30 days before the event, the deposit is refunded less a 500 kr administrative fee. For cancellation within 30 days, 50 per cent is refunded; within 7 days, nothing is refunded. The final invoice is sent no later than 14 days before the event and must be paid no later than 7 days before the event.

Scoop

Ice cream is bought on site. No pre-bookings apply. We are cashless and take card or Swish.

Force majeure

In the event of extreme weather, decisions by the authorities or similar circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to rebook or cancel. In such cases, amounts already paid are refunded in full.

Personal data

We process personal data in accordance with the GDPR. For bookings, we store your name, contact details and booking details for as long as the booking is active and for up to 12 months for complaints. We do not share data with third parties beyond what is necessary for accounting.
